This expressive Heirloom coffee from the Shantawene washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia, is managed by the Daye Bensa brothers who are pushing the boundaries of Ethiopian profiles. Enhanced through anaerobic processing, this coffee delivers vibrant tropical notes with intense sweetness and flavors of strawberry candy, pineapple, passion fruit, and banana, with a depth that is almost winey.
